Carolyn Oshiro
Counsel
Ms. Oshiro’s practice is concentrated in real estate and general business transactions, with an emphasis in the sale, acquisition and development of commercial property, commercial leasing, lease negotiations, real estate financing, real estate due diligence, and registration of condominium products; the acquisition, sale, formation, structuring, and financing of businesses; and facilitating business transactions. She has served as general counsel to several local clients, as local counsel to nationwide companies assisting them with on-going operations and the establishment of new business and operations in the State of Hawaii, and assisted in the privatization of military housing and visitor lodging for the Army.
