John K. Lucey

With over thirty-five years of experience, Mr. Lucey's practice focuses on representing developers of mixed-use planned developments, residential and commercial condominium projects, and other commercial and residential developments.  He has extensive experience in representing owners and lessees of commercial, retail, and resort properties, including the acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate and other assets.  His recent experience has included work on the structuring of a multi-phased resort development, and the planning of a major local hotel redevelopment project.
