Ms. Nakamura represents land owners, purchasers, sellers and developers in various real estate transactions, including real estate due diligence, real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing and development. Ms. Nakamura also provides legal services in connection with due diligence, documentation and closing of commercial loans secured by real estate and other collateral.
Ms. Nakamura joined the firm as an Associate in 2020. Prior to obtaining her law degree and joining the firm, Ms. Nakamura taught high school math for a number of years in Los Angeles, California.
